Jeff Lucero is President of PSI Fuels and brings more than 25 years of experience as a general engineering and building contractor specializing in CNG and alternative fueling infrastructure. He is nationally licensed with General Engineering A and Building B contractor licenses and has led complex fueling projects for public and private sector customers across the United States.
Jeff founded TruStar Energy more than 16 years ago and has since built and led organizations known for disciplined execution, scalability, and customer-focused solutions. His expertise includes establishing operational frameworks that support multiple construction teams and the successful delivery of more than 40 large-scale fueling infrastructure projects annually.
As President of PSI Fuels, Jeff provides strategic leadership and hands-on industry expertise, guiding the company’s continued growth and commitment to delivering reliable, future-ready alternative fuel infrastructure.
Juan Reina is a Professional Engineer with more than 21 years of experience in the energy sector, including power generation and natural gas. He is a recognized expert in both U.S. and international renewable natural gas markets, with a strong track record in project development, delivery, and execution.
Juan’s expertise spans RNG project origination and due diligence, regulatory program compliance, and the commercialization of environmental attributes and natural gas commodities. He has deep experience navigating complex regulatory frameworks while optimizing RNG production for delivery into the CNG market.
