PSI Fuels Launches Integrated CNG and RNG Fueling Solutions Platform for Commercial Fleets
Company brings together decades of fueling infrastructure, engineering, operations and natural gas expertise to help fleets reduce costs and maximize long term program value
LAKE HAVASU CITY, AZ, March 2026 – PSI Fuels is announcing its launch as an integrated provider of compressed natural gas (CNG) and renewable natural gas (RNG) fueling solutions, combining fueling infrastructure development, engineering, construction, operations and maintenance, RNG procurement, and long-term fuel supply under one platform.
The company was founded to give fleet operators one resource they can rely on across the entire fueling lifecycle, whether they are evaluating a first CNG station, expanding an existing program, or exploring a shift toward renewable fuel.
PSI Fuels is led by three partners with more than 65 years of combined experience across CNG infrastructure, engineering, construction, RNG markets, and alternative-fuel project development. Jeff Lucero, President, brings extensive experience leading and delivering complex CNG fueling infrastructure projects across the United States, from development and design through construction and operations. Juan Reina, Executive Vice President, is a Professional Engineer with deep expertise in energy markets, RNG project development, regulatory compliance, environmental attributes, and natural gas markets. Aaron Lay, Executive Vice President, has worked across the CNG and RNG value chain, including station development, engineering, project execution, RNG procurement, commercial strategy, and long-term fuel supply.
Together, the partners bring the technical expertise, construction capabilities, commercial experience, and renewable-fuel knowledge required to execute projects and optimize their economics from initial feasibility through development, construction, operations, and long-term fuel supply. This combination of capabilities positions PSI Fuels to serve as a single, experienced partner for fleets navigating the full transition to CNG and RNG.
“Our goal is to bring the technical, operational, and commercial sides of the business together so customers can make better decisions and build fueling programs that perform over the long term,” said Jeff Lucero, President of PSI Fuels.
At the center of that offering is a simple idea: station economics, operating costs, fuel procurement, and renewable fuel value are rarely evaluated together, even though they should be. PSI Fuels’ integrated model is designed to close that gap, giving fleet operators a clearer view of savings opportunities that often go unnoticed when those functions are managed separately.
“The economics of a CNG or RNG program extend well beyond the cost of building a station,” said Juan Reina, Executive Vice President. “Engineering, equipment selection, system reliability, maintenance, fuel sourcing, and long-term operating strategy all affect the final cost to the fleet. Bringing those disciplines together allows us to look at the entire program and help customers make decisions based on the total picture.”
PSI Fuels develops each program around the customer’s fleet size, routes, fueling demand, existing infrastructure, growth plans, and financial objectives, with a focus on building long-term relationships and delivering measurable value.
